Billing: billed monthly. Renews automatically until you cancel — cancel any time from your account or the payment provider, and Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Payments: processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, we retry and let you know — your account simply returns to the free tier if it can't be collected.
Refunds: cancel any time; you keep the benefits you've paid for through the end of the current period.
Boosts
A boost lifts a listing to the top of search and feeds for a fixed period, so it gets seen by more potential swap partners when it matters most.
Earned boost credits
- • Earned through rewards for real activity (listing, offers, completed swaps, referrals)
- • Scarce by design: capped at a few credits per week so boosts stay valuable
- • One active boost at a time on the free tier; two with Pro
- • A boost runs for a fixed period, then expires automatically
- • Credit boosts are promotional — they can never be cashed out
Paid boosts
- • Buy a boost directly when you need extra visibility
- • Same rules as earned boosts — no bypassing moderation or verification
- • Processed securely by Stripe when payments are live
Boosts never replace quality: every listing still needs photos, honest details and a fair category. Boosted listings that break the rules are removed and the boost is revoked.
